A lovely two-LP reissue of the US edition of Sally Shapiro's Disco Romance (which for some reason included two tracks from her great second album, My Guilty Pleasure as well as a previously unreleased track) on heavyweight colored vinyl.If you're plunking down the money for this, chances are you already know it's pretty great music: a Swedish hipster indie take on late 80s Italo disco & European dance with a mopey, yet twee sensibility.The sound and quality of the vinyl is great, not a common thing in this era of crappy, paper-thin pressings (Universal USA, I'm looking at you) and it's an attractive set. My only quibble is that at this price they wouldn't have just made it a gatefold cover with lyrics inside.This is limited, get it quick!
