Product Description

Book 7 of the Mile High Romance Series. Josh is happily in love with the most sexy man he's ever dated. Life seems perfect until he finds out he didn't really know the man he planned to marry at all. Tyler is a flirt and has a reputation for being easy. And he's okay with that. But when Josh walks into the bookstore Tyler's mom owns, Ty's priorities quickly change. Tyler starts wanting things he's never wanted before. And although it takes Josh a while to get there, he starts to wonder if he wants the same things too.

First book in the Mile High Romance series for me (I've read 6 other works), Grace features fireman Josh and bookseller/author Tyler. The series is set in Denver, but the story really doesn't give a feel for the city. Josh, recovering from a broken relationship, moves into the apartment above the bookstore owned by Ty's mother. Ty is a free soul, active and sociable, the bee sampling the flowers. As with most romcoms, communication is the crux, ably facilitated by firefighter Chad, who features in the next in the series. The characters are believable and real, faults and feelings on display. Grace does a wonderful job describing the indie bookstore, introducing Ty's mom and a street person, both of whom are critical to the intriguing plot. Plus including an author as a character throws in some smarmy scenes. An all together entertaining read.
